MEET THE TEAM
Owner & Design Consultant
A native of Maine, Jim spent several years prior to opening New Look Refacing working for a local cabinet company. His primary focus was sales but Jim also played a key role in the development of marketing and administrative support programs. Previously, Jim spent over thirty (30) years in the restaurant industry. During a successful and varied career he managed from one (1) restaurant all the way up to one hundred twenty (120) locations covering three (3) states. Recognized as a highly proficient manager of restaurant operational systems, Jim had direct control over all aspects of daily operations, marketing, human resources, staffing, and sales.
Jim enjoys spending time with his wife of twelve (12) years, Marva. Jim and Marva’s children are grown but they love their “fur babies” – Rocky, their 200 pound English Mastiff dog, and their cat, Kitty Mak.
MARVA L. COOPER
Owner & Design Consultant
A native of California and a Georgia resident since 2010 Marva manages all aspects of the New Look Refacing sales and administrative departments. Previously Marva was employed as a Practice Management Consultant for a major dental company supervising over sixty (60) orthodontic and pediatric dental practices across the country.
Marva enjoys spending time with her husband of twelve (12) years, Jim. She loves to dance and enjoys volunteering her time to a number of charitable organizations.
